Bronx Heroes is a podcast meant to highlight volunteers who are dedicated to their local community.
The Bronx Heroes Podcast logo is inspired by the graffiti and street art that can be found all around the community. It uses a wide range of colors and shapes that give a sneak peak into what the Bronx is like.
Typeface
To contrast the very abstract and ebullient logomark l I decided to use a very structured and pronounced typeface, Gotham, its very tight-knit letterforms can be equated to the strong foundation of people and character of the Bronx.
Color Palette
The color palette was created from a plethora of colors that can be found in the Bronx area's street art. With such a wide variety to choose from, I focused on a orange and blue range, as it best conveyed the community and podcast's friendly, loving nature.
